Want to feel good inside out? Yoga and active living have been my saviour for many years.
My aim is simple – I want people to feel empowered and balanced. My belief and experience is that this can be achieved through movement, mindfulness and what we feed the system.
Coming from a stressful high paced corporate background, I know what it’s like to juggle work and life. The key is to start with small daily habits to which I will introduce you and which in time will become a way of life. I’m here to support you and make you feel great inside and out. Here’s to a wellness lifestyle, simply crafted.

Practice with me
I am based in Dubai and co-founder of a wellness company called Core 8.
You can practice with me online in live classes over zoom and private sessions. I also teach group yoga classes in studios in Dubai.
I teach an array of different wellness disciplines to corporate clients through Core 8.
